Service and digital delivery

Bead Pattern App is a browser tool that converts images into editable fuse-bead patterns with grids, color codes and material counts. Anonymous editing, 2500px standard exports and three high-resolution trials per device are free. Paid digital access is granted to the purchasing account promptly after confirmed payment.

Plans, pricing and one-time charges

Pro 365-Day Access is a one-time payment for 365 days from activation and does not auto-renew. Pro Lifetime is also a one-time payment. 'Lifetime' means the operating life of this product service, not any individual's natural lifetime.

The product, currency, tax and total displayed at checkout are the final offer. Waffo Pancake or Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and PCI-DSS payment processor for payment, tax, receipts, refunds and transaction administration. We do not store full payment-card data.

Accounts and security

Free editing does not require an account. Buying or restoring Pro requires a verifiable email or supported third-party sign-in. Provide accurate information, protect your device, email and session, and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

Your content and license

You retain rights you lawfully hold in uploaded material and generated output. You grant only a limited, non-exclusive and revocable technical-processing license needed to provide the selected function; original photos are processed locally by default.

You must have permission to use uploaded photos, text, trademarks and other material and must respect privacy, copyright, trademark and other rights.

Pattern and palette accuracy

Generated patterns, color matching, cross-brand values, quantities and dimensions are production aids, not guarantees. Screens, batches, lighting, boards and ironing methods can change results. Check a physical color chart and make a sample before bulk purchases or final production.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious or harmful material; attack or bypass limits; abuse automation; scrape excessively; distribute malware; interfere with others; resell accounts; or create invalid ad impressions or clicks.

Refunds and billing disputes

See /en/refund/ for eligibility, deadlines and processing times. Include the purchase email, Waffo order/payment ID or Paddle transaction ID and an explanation. We normally acknowledge within two business days and aim to decide within five. Contact chaoqiang.tian@gmail.com before starting a bank chargeback so we can investigate. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Availability and liability

We use reasonable care to maintain the service but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free operation or fitness for every purpose. Maintenance, security events, force majeure and third-party outages may interrupt access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Aggregate liability related to a paid plan will not exceed the amount you paid for that plan. Liability that law does not allow us to exclude remains unaffected.

Suspension, termination and deletion

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk or legal requirement and will explain where practical. If we terminate a 365-day plan without your breach, we will refund the unused prepaid portion. If Lifetime service is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice and remedies required by law. An approved refund revokes the related Pro access.

You may request account deletion at chaoqiang.tian@gmail.com. Sessions and access will end; necessary records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy and by law.

Changes, law and disputes

Where practical, we will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by site notice or account email. Continued use after the effective date accepts the changes; otherwise stop using the service and contact us under the Refund Policy.

These terms are governed by the law of the operator's location without removing mandatory consumer protection in your location. First contact chaoqiang.tian@gmail.com for good-faith resolution; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction.

Material CSV export

Material CSV export requires a signed-in, active 30-day, 90-day, 365-day or lifetime Pro membership. High-resolution trials do not include CSV; material viewing and standard 2500px PNG remain free.
